M7 History.

M7 Services was founded in 2013 providing IT services for our first property, and still a customer today, the Hotel Icon in Houston, TX. This engagement resulted in the realization that there was a broader need for a technology partner with a deep understanding of the nuances of hospitality and related industries, especially the complexity required to support the full range of multi-property portfolios. We own the full end-to-end solution for our partners, from the build-out of a new facility, consulting with a property regarding transition, vendor management, ongoing 24x7 remote support, and system upgrades. M7 is well-versed on the needs and requirements of the world of Managed Services, with a specialty in the Hospitality space.

Business Expansion.

With the Company's more recent activity, the headquarters has moved into substantially larger space in Houston, TX housing the 24x7 help-desk, professional services resources and M7 management. M7's expansion has also seen locations opened in both Mexico and the Philippines expanding support for Spanish speaking clients as well as maximizing support across timezones cementing the Company's capabilities as an international MSP. The Company continues its' expansion through engagement with clients in new markets including Education, Multi-Use, Retail, Assisted Living and others.
